Over the past two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of higher education, hospitality, and entertainment. Along the way, I’ve reviewed resumes, guided career decisions, and helped people articulate what makes them stand out.
Again and again, I saw the same turning point: the moment when someone’s story clicked—when their experiences, skills, and values finally made sense together.
